Fittings in the right place
Sleeves, skimmers, inlets, drains and light niches are fixed before concreting by the team that will connect them - not cut in later.

A pool's structure decides how well everything else performs. Aquaura carries out the civil work for swimming pools - excavation, the RCC shell, balance tank, plant room, steps and deck base - and builds it around the pool system that will sit inside it, so pipe sleeves, fittings and water levels are right the first time.

Sleeves, skimmers, inlets, drains and light niches are fixed before concreting by the team that will connect them - not cut in later.
Skimmer mouths, overflow edges and balance-tank levels must be accurate to a few millimetres. One team sets and checks them.
When the same team builds the shell, the joints and the penetrations, there is no gap between contractors when water goes missing.
Rooftop, elevated, infinity-edge and other structurally complex pools are built to a design prepared or checked by a qualified structural engineer, after the existing structure has been assessed.
Survey the site, soil, groundwater and access.
Finalise structural drawings and the pool-system layout together.
Excavate and lay the base.
Fix reinforcement, shuttering, sleeves and fittings - checked before concreting.
Concrete and cure the shell.
Water-test the shell, then move on to waterproofing and tiling.
Send the site plan, pool size and location on WhatsApp for a civil and pool-system discussion.
